Innovation within Industry

USA and Germany are the biggest leaders in technology, patents and that has changed their economy. In USA constitution provides protection for IP rights of an inventor, which is a great encouragement for an inventor. Laws of Germany provides a unique incentive for inventors by fixing a minimum rate of royalty to an employee for his invention in the course of his job.
On the other way round in India, there is no such promotion for inventors. Even in many small industries it is seen that the real inventor is not even referred to as inventor and some manager in high position or MD becomes the inventor in the eye of Patent Office. This leads to demoralization of inventive spirit of any inventor and leads to no invention, which increases the cost by acquiring new technologies.
So, it would be better if we can work out a mechanism for compensation of the in house inventors in industries and help our economy grow in leaps and bounds.
