How to elaborate effective, sui generis IPR with least liability during the period of exclusivity?
Is this preposition really pro-developed or pro-MNC? If not, is it not realistic to pose such questions in order to find appropriate solutions in the process of development? Also, if so, is the onus of defining and explaining it not on the developing party, at least for clarity for the academia and the upcoming human resource?
